Chelsea Supporters Trust Loyalty Points Survey Results
Following the first SGM of the season held on Sunday December 1st after the Southampton home game, the Chelsea Supporters Trust is pleased to present the initial results of our Loyalty Point survey, conducted last month.
The Trust would like to thank the 470+ members who took part in the survey. A full analysis in conjunction with our Premier League ticketing benchmarking report will be produced in the new year.

In line with other motions passed at August’s AGM, there were also reports presented at the SGM on Viagogo and Secondary Ticket Agencies and Safe Standing, which can be found here and here, respectively.
The SGM was well attended and we would like to thank all attendees for a productive meeting. The minutes of the meeting can be found here. In future, as per Trust policy, we hope to broadcast meetings live to our members online.
