In-Depth Ticketing and Loyalty Point Survey
Today, the Chelsea Supporters Trust initiated the first in-depth survey of its membership, on the subject of ticketing and loyalty points. The survey, uniquely tied to each member’s email address, was emailed to members this morning, Monday 4th November, at midnight.
The survey takes a maximum of 20 minutes to complete and is open until Saturday 16th November. New members who join before Wednesday 13th November will be given a chance to complete the survey. Sign up now from the homepage to have your say.
