The ticketing survey has now closed. Thank you to all of you that took the time to participate and for sharing your views. We have had a great response.

As a democratic organisation, the Trust act on behalf of our members. The results of our surveys help us to understand the thoughts of our members and drive our discussions with the club.

The Trust will now analyse the information provided and produce a report. This will be issued in due course.

The Chelsea Supporters’ Trust have sent out invitations to all members to participate in our ticketing survey.

The CST want to get as many supporters responding as possible so we can accurately represent our membership.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes of your time.

The deadline for responses to this survey is 10am UK time on Friday 30th June.

Your invitation is unique to each individual member. If it has not appeared in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folders. If it did go to your junk/spam folder, you may need to move it to your inbox first, as sometimes, spam folders will often remove the link from messages and you will not be able to click on the “Begin Survey” button.

We use a service from Survey Monkey. If you have ever opted out from further surveys from Survey Monkey, this may be another reason why you have not received it.

Once the survey has ended, we will be reviewing the information and presenting the findings to the club. We will then send the results to all our members.

Please note, to ensure we are reflecting our current membership’s views at the time of the survey, any new members that have joined after 10am on Friday 23rd June 2023 will not be able to participate in this survey. Although, naturally, they will be welcome to participate in any future surveys.
