Following our game in the European Conference League on 28 November in Germany, we heard from CST Member Katherine Bilbrough who was so happy how Chelsea supporters were treated at the Heidenheim away game.
Katherine asked the CST to send a note of thanks to Heidenheim. After our Chairman wrote to the Heidenheim FC, we recieved the following response.
Hello Chairman,
Thank you very much for your message, we are very happy to hear that you felt comfortable here.
We are really pleased to hear/read that all the hard work is paying off.
Maybe we can welcome you back one day.
