On Wednesday 6 May, Chelsea FC will host a Town Hall meeting for supporters to discuss upcoming changes to the club’s ticketing policy.
From next season, a number of changes will be introduced which are likely to affect how supporters access tickets, including areas such as eligibility, allocation processes and overall ticketing approach.
The purpose of this session is to give supporters a clear explanation of what is changing and why, as well as the opportunity to put questions directly to senior club representatives. This is a chance for supporters to hear first-hand how the new policy will operate in practice and to raise any concerns ahead of implementation.
The event will take place at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday 6 May from 16:30 to 18:00, with arrival from 16:15 for a prompt start.
The CST has been offered a number of places for the meeting, which we will make available to our members.
We expect demand to exceed availability, so a random draw will be used to allocate places fairly.
Supporters are also invited to submit questions or concerns in advance of the meeting. Further details on some of the proposals can be found here. These submissions will help shape the discussion on the night.
For transparency, the CST requested that the meeting be broadcast to all supporters. The club has confirmed that this will not be the case. However a written summary will be shared afterwards. The meeting is being delivered by Chelsea FC in partnership with the Fan Advisory Board.
To enter the random draw, please submit the below form. Applications close at 14:00 (BST) on Thursday 30 April 2026.
