Following their first digital ticketing workshop, Chelsea have announced they will be running a series of drop-in sessions for supporters to receive further assistance.
These drop-in sessions have been designed to help fans get comfortable with accessing match tickets through the Chelsea Official App ahead of the new season.
Whether you need guidance on logging into your account, locating your ticket within the app, or simply have some general questions, Chelsea staff will be on hand to provide one-to-one guidance.

Digital Tickets FAQs
For supporters who may not be able to access their tickets using a phone, there will be an opportunity to request an exemption and all submissions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To register for an exemption, go to the Digital Tickets FAQs page, and complete the form at the bottom. Choose the option that says “I need further support”
